Save Our Restaurants
Independent Restaurant Coalition

The key measures we fought for as a coalition are included:

  • Four months of unemployment payments for workers
  • Expanded loans to local restaurants and forgiveness to cover expenses and payroll
  • Coverage of independent restaurants, up to a 500-Employee limit "per restaurant"
  • Coverage of independent restaurants that began closing and laying workers off as early as February 15
  • Visit our resources page where we’ve provided some preliminary guidance to help you start building a plan of action;
  • Take a look at this breakdown of the recently passed stimulus legislation to understand how it impacts small and independent restaurants, and;
  • Check out this new study on the Paycheck Protection Program, which examines how this program will help small businesses.
